Prayer in the present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-18722-2025. 2. The operative part of the order dated 09.07.2025 (supra) reads as thus: “6. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall be permitted to provisionally participate in the selection process as BC-A (non- creamy layer) category. Her result, however, shall not be declared without the leave of the Court.” 3. Mr. Gurnoor Sandhu, Advocate, on an advance copy having been served, is present in Court and puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent. He submits, on instructions, that the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2025 has been received in the office of the respondent and is being complied with in letter and spirit. A fresh date of the aforesaid test shall be announced in due course. Learned counsel for the respondent states that as and when fresh date is announced for the aforesaid Tests, the admit card would be issued to the petitioner online, for the candidate to download the same using her web portal login id. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for. 5. The present petition, at this stage, is disposed of accordingly.
