Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw the petition which reads as follows: Memo for withdrawal That in the above petition the petitioner has challenged the show cause notices issued under 29C of KCS Act produced at Annexure-C and J. That now the respondent no.2 has dropped the all charges leveled against the petitioner vide order dated 31.12.2024. In view of the subsequent development the petitioner seek leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above petition in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
