During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners invited attention of this Court to order dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by the District Registrar, Firms and Societies, Gurugram. He made a categoric statement that this order has become final and has not been challenged. 2. Advance copy of the petition has been served on the caveator- respondent No.4. Mr. Arvind Seth, Advocate appearing with Ms. Nikita Goel, Advocate, counsel for caveator submits that stand taken before this Court is incorrect. He has placed on record a copy of memo No.DR/DIC/GGM/1356 dated 19.05.2025 and submits that an application was filed before the Registrar for review of the order, Annexure P-7, which has been accepted and order dated 16.04.2025 has been reviewed. It has been further pointed out by counsel for the caveator that a subsequent order has been passed by the Registrar on 09.07.2025 which has also not been brought to the notice of this Court. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach this Court again. 6. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
