The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 10/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103, 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro. 3. On 13.01.2025 at about 8:00 A.M., father of the informant was murdered near Dhandawar, Bada Talab. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards the impugned order, in which it has been mentioned that the name of the petitioner has transpired on confession of Rajeev Sasin. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro or her successor in connection with Chas (M) P.S.
