Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the 2nd respondent died pending revision, the interest of estate is sufficiently protected since the 1st respondent who has been served, is none else than the husband of the 2nd respondent. The delay which is sought to be condoned is only 91 days in preferring the revision petition. 4. I have gone through the affidavit filed support of the condonation of delay application. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit. 5.
