This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC’) seeking transfer of M.C.No.5880/2024 on the file of IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to competent Family Court at Koppal. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the petition that the distance between Koppal and Bengaluru is more than 400 kms and also taking into consideration the hardship that would caused to the petitioner, I am of the view that the petition requires to be allowed. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 4.
