Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Respondent No.2-HPPSC was directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner against Unreserved (WFF) category, if otherwise found eligible in accordance with law. 2. Respondent No.2-HPPSC accordingly considered the candidature of the petitioner against the aforesaid category. 3. On 08.04.2025, learned counsel for respondent -2- No.2-HPPSC was directed to produce result of the petitioner in a sealed cover. Petitioner’s result has accordingly been produced before the Court today in a sealed cover and shown to the Court. This result sheet as prepared on 09.04.2025 under the signature of Section Officer Secrecy of respondent No.2-Commission, reflects that the marks obtained by the petitioner in Paper-II are less than the cut-off marks of Paper-II (Unreserved (WFF) category). The result sheet has been handed back to learned counsel for respondent No.2 in a sealed cover. 4. Since the marks secured by the petitioner in Paper-II are less than the cut-off marks for the Unreserved (WFF) category, this writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
