This Court, vide order dated 30.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4350 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely,Sheikh Arif and Sheikh Abid had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) Raipur District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 29.01.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the case was fixed for final argument on 29.01.2025 but due to the absence of stenographer on 29.01.2025 to 07.02.2025, the trial could not be concluded on that date. The next date fixed for final argument on 10.02.2025. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
