Learned counsel representing the respondent submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have filed a joint petition for dissolution of their marriage by a decree of divorce by mutual consent in which statements of the parties have been recorded at the time of first motion whereas their statements in the second motion are to be recorded on 19.09.2025.
2. The present appeal has been filed against the dismissal of petition filed by the appellant under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act,
1955.
3. In view of the aforesaid development, the present appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to file an application for revival if cause for continuing the present appeal survives.
