2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a)(c) and 45 of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 160 liters fermented toddy has been recovered from a hut situated near the house of these petitioners.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Hut in question does not belong to these petitioners. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Excise P.S. Case No. 808 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.,
