In response, an affidavit dated 30.08.2024 of Sh. Manav Malik, Estate Officer, HSVP, Panchkula has already been filed in the Registry of this Court, the same is taken on record. Perusal of the said affidavit shows that being carried out pertaining to the constructions raised by the petitioners as it was only the constructions which were raised post interim order dated 21.06.2023 passed by the Writ Court were erased. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respond assures that the existing constructions which are subject matter of status quo shall not be altered/demolished till the final outcome of the writ petition. 4.
