Dated this the 01st day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The writ petition is filed for seeking the following reliefs:- “i) To call for the records relating to Exhibit-P1 to P20 and to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to participate in road Skating Events to be conducted by the Respondents 3 and 4 on 05.11.2017 or any subsequent days. ii) To direct the respondents 3 and 4 to reconvene Ring 4 and Ring 5 Roller Skating competitions conducted on 28.10.2017 and 29.10.2017 and permit the petitioner to participate therein. ii) Grant such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit grant in the facts and circumstances of the Court.” With the passage of time, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition as permission is sought for participation in the events that were scheduled in the year 2017.
