The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct Court of City Magistrate Ballia, District Ballia to decide the Application under Section 146 of Cr.P.C. filed on 08.08.2024 by Sunita Gupta (Sunita Gupta Vs. Rani Gupta), Police Station Kotwali, District Ballia in pursuance of the application filed under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. dated 16.10.2023, pending before the Court of City Magistrate Ballia, P.S. Kotwali, District Ballia in case No. 1 of 2024 filed under Section 145 Cr.P.C. 4. Learned AGA submits that once such an application stands preferred then the same is to be given a logical end. 5. Considering the submission raised at bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to expedite the proceedings strictly in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments and, in case, any adjournment is granted then the same should be in exceptional circumstances in this regard, subject to legal impediment, if any.
