Burman, learned counsel. JUDGMENT :(per Mr. G. Narendar, C.J.) The corpus is present before the Court along with her husband- respondent no.4. 2. In fact, the corpus and her husband had approached this Court in an earlier Writ Petition (CRL) No.500 of 2025 pleading for protection, as both of them hail from different communities. This Court, vide order dated 21.05.2025, had been pleased to grant the relief sought for. 3. Now the mother of the corpus is before this Court by way of Habeas Corpus Petition. The corpus is present and submits that she is happy with her husband; that she was emotionally upset on learning that her mother had been hospitalized; that otherwise, she faces no threat, nor has any untoward incident happened, and; that she is presently happily living with her husband. 4. The corpus being a major and having chosen her 1 2025:UHC:5413-DB path in life, the instant petition, in our opinion, is not maintainable, and is accordingly, rejected. 5.
