The 4th respondent has filed counter-affidavit stating that in respect of the subject ‘Puntha Poramboke’ land, the Mandal Deputy Surveyor has prepared layout in an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in R.S.No.117/1 for 250 beneficiaries and leaving three ways for agricultural purposes and for ingress and aggress of the farmers. The remaining existing land in Ac.0.41 cents in R.S.No.117/2 was left as ‘Polimera Donka’ Poramboke and the same will not cause any hindrance for agricultural operations. It is further stated in the counter-affidavit that an extent of Ac.6.86 cents of land in R.S.Nos.91/5, 91/7, 91/8 and 91/14 of the same village was acquired for providing house site Pattas to the 250 beneficiaries of the Vegavaram Grama Panchayat. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of the latest instructions received by him. A perusal of the same would reflect that the respondents in compliance with the interim direction of this Court in the writ petition, stopped allotment of the house sites in respect of the subject land. However, an alternative land was acquired, as stated in the counter-affidavit, and the same was proposed for issuance of house site pattas in favour of the eligible beneficiaries. 4. The said instructions of the Tahsildar are placed on record. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
