Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341 , 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , due to dispute over demarcation and possession of land , a free fight took place between both the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79543 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition . 5 . Considering the fact that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners, clean antecedent of these petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S.
