TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent concerned i.e. Respondent No.2 to comply the order dated 18.11.2024 passed by himself in Case No.04377/2024 [Seema Devi Vs Gaon Sabha] under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." It is contended that though the order under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 18.11.2024, but the same has not been complied with till date. In para 7 of the writ petition, it has been stated that against the said order, no appeal has been preferred. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2 to comply the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in Case No.04377 of 2024 under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
