ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner is seeking appointment of Arbitrator in terms of Clause 18 of the Lease Deeds dated 17th April, 2015 (Annexures 'A' and 'B') to adjudicate all the disputes arising between the petitioner and the respondent.
2. Heard Sri. Sammith S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Respondent served and remained absent.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the Clause 18 of the Lease Deeds dated 17th April, 2015 (Annexures 'A' and 'B'), Sri. Kukkaje Ramakrishna Bhat, District Judge (Retired) is appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. All claims and contentions of the parties are kept open to be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal.
5. A copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Khanija Bhavan, Bengaluru for proceeding further in the matter.
6. Registry is directed to return the original documents if any, produced by the parties, after obtaining photostat copy of the same for the file.
Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of.
