The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 2637/2021, for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 504, 376 & 120B of the I.P.C., subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 376, 406, 420, 415, 418 & 504 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag. 3. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage, established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is major lady. Later on, he refused to marry her. Initially, a complaint case was filed in which the learned Trial Court has found the prima facie case to be true under Sections 406, 420, 415, 418 & 504 of the I.P.C. However, the informant preferred a Criminal Revision application and the learned Trial Court had observed that prima facie case under Section 376 of the I.P.C will also be made out. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Complaint Case No. 2637/2021.
