1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 49657/2025(restoration of main case)
2. The present application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking the following prayers: -
“a) Allow the present Revival Application and revive CONT.CAS(C) 130/2024 in accordance with the liberty granted by
order dated 02.05.2025; b) Direct the Respondents to furnish a copy of the sanctioned building plan and the status report dated 29.07.2024 to the Petitioner; c) Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
3. Vide order dated 02.05.2025, the present contempt petition was
disposed of with the following observations: -
“2. Counsel for the MCD states that further action has been taken, on 29th April 2025, since there was further construction on the property.

status report and an updated status report, which will be filed within four weeks.

4. The present application is
disposed of with liberty to applicant/petitioner to make a representation to the STF in accordance with law. In case, if the representation is filed, the STF shall take necessary steps in accordance with law.
5. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
