3. Mr. Dharm Vir Jaiswal, learned Counsel for the petitioner says that on one hand, this injunction has been granted, and on the other, the second appeal is lingering on. An earlier order of this Court passed in Writ - B No. 2453 of 2023, decided on 13.07.2023, had directed the Board of Revenue to decide the second appeal, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party. Mr. Jaiswal impressed upon the Court that the said order has not led to any significant expedition of the appeal, which is still lingering on. 4. While we are of firm opinion that we cannot interfere with the order impugned dated 26.06.2025, in that, that it is an interim injunction in aid of the appeal, we are also of opinion that the second appeal ought be decided. 5. In the circumstances, we direct the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to fix one date of effective hearing every week in the second appeal and decide the same expeditiously. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the orders aforesaid. 7.
