The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohsighna P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 351(2), 126(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 17 years old daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., in which she has stated that she was having love affairs with the petitioner. 5. The age of the victim has been opined to be 17 years old. 6. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 7. Considering aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Hazaribagh in connection with Lohsighna P.S.
