The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:- For initiation of a contempt proceeding and suitable conviction thereof against the Opposite Party No. 2, for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.06.2024, passed by the Hon’ble Court in C.W.J.C.No.4419/2024, by which the Court has pleased to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances and the Court has also been pleased to observe that in case the petitioner Patna High Court MJC No.3791 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 approaches the appropriate authority, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion after hearing the parties, and for any other appropriate order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Mahendra Thakur prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise the matter before competent Civil Court. 4.
