The respondent, who has attained majority, has filed a memo, expressing that he does not want to peruse his claim and does not intend to sustain the decree passed by the trial Court, the memo reads thus: “The respondent humbly submits before this Hon'ble Court that the O.S.No.25001/2012 filed by my mother on behalf of me when I was a minor for partition and separate position. Now I have attained majority and the same is on record and this Hon'ble Court vide the order dated 12.03.2025 discharged by mother from guardianship. It is humbly submitted that I do not wish to pursue the case since I am residing with my grand mother and father, the appellants in this case. It is humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court to set aside the judgment dated 2nd March, 2020 in OS.No.25001/2012 passed by LXXII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge at Mayohall (CCH-73) Bengaluru.
