The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Neelesh Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 96 of 2024, Police Station- Jasrana, District-Firozabad. 2. Shri Manish Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused applicant is on bail in the cases shown in the gang chart whereas he is on bail in all the 11 cases, which is shown as criminal antecedents against the accused. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application and submits that the charge sheet has already been filed and conceded that the accused applicant has already made mention in the supplementary affidavit pertaining to the bail in all the cases shown as the criminal antecedents. 4. This court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. The record reveals that two cases have been mentioned in the gang chart and it is also mentioned therein that accused is on bail in both the cases. 6. As such, the bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail in the aforesaid case crime on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
