This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in M.C.A. No.129 of 2025 in S.T. No. 161 of 2019 corresponding to Kathikund P.S. Case No.45 of 2010 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for grant of bail of the appellant has been rejected. There was an exchange of firing between the police personnel and the extremists and thereafter, six extremists were apprehended by the police. So far as the present appellant is concerned, he has been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjeet Hembrom. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 18.01.2019. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant but has not disputed the aforesaid facts. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in M.C.A. No.129 of 2025 corresponding to Kathikund P.S. Case No.45 of 2010 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, -2- to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka, in connection with S.T. No. 161 of 2019 corresponding to Kathikund P.S. Case No.45 of 2010. This appeal is allowed and disposed of. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) (Ambuj Nath, J) Jay- Rahul/
