1. Heard Sri.Rajashekar S., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri. S. Thejeshwara, learned counsel for respondent No.4.
2. Sri Rajashekar S.
learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that, the question in this writ petition is, as to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as hereditary trustee of Sri Kanalthaya Daivasthana, Barimaru Village, Bantwal Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to direct respondent No.3 to reconsider the case and pass orders by considering the observations made by the Competent Tribunal at Annexure-C to the writ petition.

3. In this regard, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that, there is no impediment for considering the same in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, and also on careful consideration of the factual aspects on record, it would indicate the consideration of the petitioner as a hereditary trustee of the temple is in- question in this petition.
5. In that view of the matter, respondent No.3 is
directed to consider the order passed by the Land Tribunal, Bantwala, DK (Annexure-C) and such other documents which may be produced by the parties to enable and to ascertain the status of the parties with regard to the hereditary trustee of the temple in question.

6. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider Annexure-C and such other documents as to appointment of petitioner as a registered trustee of the temple in accordance with law.
7. Further, the respondent No.3 is directed to complete the entire proceedings within four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order.
