Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the averments made in the representation at Annexure-F would indicate that, certain allegations have been made with regard to factual aspects of the matter. It is also forthcoming from Annexure-D and Annexure-A that Kote Police Station, Shimoga has already registered Crime No.90 of 2023 and Crime No.5 of 2023, respectively and in that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, no interference is called for in this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider the representation. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
