Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Agra by which an application under Order 9 Rule 9 C.P.C. filed by the plaintiff/petitioner has been rejected. 3. The order dated 21.05.2025 is a final order and in my view is appealable under the provisions of the Family Courts Act. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
