Rakeshbhai Aapsinghbhai Sangada has led this petition contending that Ashmita Rameshbhai Sangada, who is aged 14 ½ years old as on today, has been illegally conned by Shaileshbhai Rasubhai Dangi – respondent No.4 herein. 2. On notice being ordered, the State has secured the presence of Ashmita and presented her before us. 3. Ashmita states before us that she is willing to go with her parents. 4. The petitioner and his wife undertake before us that they will take good care of Ashmita and will ensure that she is not harmed physically or mentally. They will also R/SCR.A/15955/2025 ORDER DATED: 15/12/2025 le an undertaking to this e'ect in the form of an a'idavit within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. 5. In light of the fact that the documents on record clearly establish that Ashmita is just 14 ½ years old, we entrust the custody of Ashmita to the petitioner and his wife, who shall take care of her, as ordered above. 6. We also deem it appropriate to direct the jurisdictional police through a female o'icer, to make periodical visit to the house of the petitioner to ensure that Ashmita is comfortable and is not put to any kind of harassment. 7.
