1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby direction the respondent authorities to forthwith remove the encroachment made by the respondents no. 5 & 6 over the government land as well as lands owned by the petitioner’s mother, in accordance with law. 10.2 To kindly grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant case.” Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI

2. The prayer made in Para – 10.1 would show that the petitioner has claimed possession as respondents No. 5 and 6 have encroached over his land.
3. The relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted in writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution and the remedy available to the petitioner would be civil remedy. Thus, the petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedy available under the law. Sd/-
