Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be decided in the present criminal writ petition and it has rendered infructuous. 7. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings. 8. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
