The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not processing the Family Pension to the petitioner is highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to process and pay the Family Pension as per sub-rule 5 of Rule 50 of A.P.Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to the petitioner w.e.f. 26.04.2020 with all consequential benefits and pass ...”
2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 02.01.2025, Registry has sent fresh notice to the petitioner, but the same was refused by her.

3. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
