The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 289 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 332, 103(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 29.11.2024, at about 10:40 p.m., five to six persons came to the house of the informant and shot her husband namely Prakash Thakur. Suspicion has been raised against the named accused persons that they might have committed the murder of the deceased. It is also alleged that the accused persons after committing the murder of the husband of the informant, took her Scorpio bearing Registration No. JH02AM- 5696. During the course of investigation, co-accused Om Prakash Singh @ Gabbar Singh was apprehended while he was travelling on the looted Scorpio. 4. It was submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, apart from suspicion, there is no other material against him on the record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Umesh Saw has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
