We have heard learned APP Mr.Jay Mehta and perused the report submitted by Siddhpur Police and the same is taken on record. 2. Upon perusal of the report and statement made by the corpus aged about 22 years, it reveals that her marriage was solemnized with the respondent Joginder Kushvaha and after some time, she was compelled to marry with the petitioner herein. On this issue, we have inquired from her and now she has shown her willingness to live with the respondent Joginder Kushvaha and presently, she says that she is not under confinement of Joginder Kushvaha and willing to accompany him. 3. In such circumstances, having regard to the statement of the corpus, the police official is directed to set her free and permitted R/SCR.A/13371/2025 ORDER DATED: 03/10/2025 to live with the respondent no.3 herein 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, when called out, did not remain present to assist the Court. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of as in our view, no case is made out. (ILESH J.
