Heard Sri Ashutosh Yadav/Sri Shyam Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Direct the learned Additional District Judge, Court No.4, Hathras to pass appropriate order on stay application of the petitioner or decide the S.C.C. Revision No.35/2021 (Dau Dayal Varshney vs. Dinesh Kumar Saraswat) as soon as possible." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid revision filed by the petitioner-tenant is pending before the Additional District Jude, Court No.4, Hathras since 2021. He further submitted that no interim order has been granted in revision, as such, execution is proceeding against the revisionist-tenant. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the pending revision and till the disposal of the revision, execution proceeding be stayed as the same is proceeding against the revisionist. He also submitted that judgment was reserved thrice in the revision but no final order has been passed till date. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Additional District Judge, Court No.4, Hathras to decide the aforesaid proceedings to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 weeks, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
