THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
3 CONCILIATION ORDER
A joint memo has been submitted today that is signed by both the parties as well as by their respective counsel. The petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,70,000/- as against the amount sentenced, as full and final settlement. The respondent has also agreed to receive a sum of Rs.3,70,000/- as full and final settlement. The petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- on 22.09.2022 and another sum of Rs.1,60,000/- on 01.08.2023 in C.C.No.56862/2018, totaling a sum of Rs.2,85,000/-. The petitioner has no objection to release the sum of Rs.2,85,000/- in favour of the respondent. An amount of Rs.85,000/- has been paid today by the petitioner in cash which is acknowledged by the respondent. As such, a sum of Rs.3,70,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent in full and final settlement as against the amount sentenced. The parties agree that there are no further claims of the respondent against the petitioner. 2. In view of the aforesaid acknowledgment, the petition stands disposed of.
The offence against the petitioner stands compounded and accordingly, the Magistrate concerned is directed to
4 release a sum of Rs.2,85,000/- in favour of the respondent/complainant as per rules. Sd/- JUDGE
