2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application was preferred before the concerned Court in O.S.No.872/2024 praying for deposit of rents taking que from the orders passed in RFA or an interim order passed in the writ petition which is appended to the subject petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent ought to pay rent to the present petitioner for squatting him over the property belonging to the petitioner, without payment of any rent.
4. Learned Senior counsel Smt. Lakshmi Iyengar appearing for the respondent would submit that the property belongs to the Muzrai department, for it having been declared, way back in the year 1980. Initially the rooms were rented out to these petitioners and those petitioners have converted the rooms into shops, and rented it out.

5. She would take this Court through a particular
order passed by the Muzrai department, way back in the year 1987 to prima facie demonstrate that the petitioners are holding the property unauthorisedly.
6. Be that as it may, there is no warrant of interference to the order passed by the concerned Court which rejects the application seeking deposit of rents by the respondents to the hands of the petitioner. The reason so rendered by the concerned Court are cogent and coherent. In that light, the petition lacking in merit stands rejected.
7. All the contentions of both the parties are left open to be urged before the concerned Court in the pending suit. Ordered accordingly.
