Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 11.07.2025 The petitioners have challenged the impugned complaint filed by the respondent against them at the stage when cognizance of offence is yet to be taken and only a show cause notice in terms of Section 223 of the BNSS has been issued to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for sometime, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file reply to the show cause notice before the learned trial Magistrate. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned trial Magistrate for filing reply to the show cause notice. In case, the learned trial Magistrate takes cognizance of the offences, it shall be open to the petitioners to approach this Court afresh by way of appropriate proceedings.
