The instant Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for the following relief:
“.... to Quash the Impugned Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2208/2024 in C.C.No.417/2018 dt. 21st Day of January, 2025 on the file of XV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bheemunipatnam by Allowing Criminal Petition in the interest of the justice ....”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent State. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought for a direction to the Trial Court for speedy disposal of the case. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5.
In that view, it is apposite to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible without granting adjournments in a casual way since the CC is of the year 2018. 6.
