The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are claiming pay scale in terms of judgment dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-15896-2023 titled Saurabh Sharma and others vs. State of Punjab and another. They are further claiming full salary during probation period as per judgment dated 16.02.2023 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-17064-2017 titled Ajay Kumar Singla and others vs. State of Punjab and others. 2. Mr. P.S. Mirpur, learned counsel for the petitioners, on being confronted with Punjab Police Technical and Support Services Cadre (Group C) Service Rules, 2021, submits that at this stage he does not press his prayer qua pay scale as per judgment in Saurabh (Supra). However, his prayer qua full salary during probation period as per judgment of this Court in Ajay (Supra) may be considered. On being confronted with order dated 16.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-7728-2024 titled Mandeep Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others, Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG, Punjab expressed his inability to controvert applicability of said order to instant case. 4.
