ORAL ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of a property bearing Municipal khatha No.450, BBMP No.1170 (Site No.3), situated in Sy.No.160/3, Vishveshwaraiah Layout, 5th Block, Manganahalli Main Road, Ullalu, Bengaluru. She made a representation to change the khatha of the property into her name. The same has not been considered by the respondent so far, the present petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondent to consider her request.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that the case of the petitioner will be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed.
3. Her submission is placed on record.
4. In view of the above, the following:

i) Respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the case of the petitioner with a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
ii) Writ Petition is
disposed of accordingly.
