Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 61 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arm injury in the right side of ear lobe of the informant due to which he sustained fire arm injury . 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific allegation against Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84500 of 2024(5) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 this petitioner that he caused fire arm injury to informant due to which informant sustained firearm injury . 6.
