Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on an earlier occasion, this Court in W.P.No.12426/2024, disposed of the petition on 05.02.2025, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority whenever the promotional quota arises and when she is eligible and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34526 WP No. 21815 of 2025 senior. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation vide Annexure-H seeking promotion. 3. Learned AGA has submitted that as on today, there are no vacancies available for granting promotion. If a junior to the petitioner is promoted, then only she has the right to seek promotion. 4. Be that as it may, in view of the submission made by the learned AGA, since there are no posts available as on today for promotion, the writ petition is premature. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.12426/2024. Sd/- (H.T.
