Even today though the matter is posted under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2. On the other hand learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 categorically stated that the respondents are neither interfering with nor digging any bore well on the petitioner’s land in Plot No.18, in Sy.Nos.191 and 203 of Alamooru Village, Ananthapuram Mandal, Ananthapuram District, as alleged by the petitioner in the writ petition. 3.
In view of the submission of learned Standing Counsel as above, no further orders are necessary and hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
