Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State. 2. This application has been filed by applicants for quashing the entire proceeding of Case No. 14529 of 2021 (Seema Devi Vs. Mukesh Patel and others) under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Baragaon, District Varanasi pending in the court of Gram Nyayalay Pindra, Varanasi. 3. It is to be seen that in the present case only notices have been issued under the Domestic Violence Act. No order has been passed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. 4. In view of the aforesaid when the concerned court is seized with the matter, it is always open for the applicant to file his objection/reply before the court concerned which shall be taken into consideration by the court while passing the final order. 5. At this stage no interference is warranted. The application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed accordingly.
