It is not in dispute that as regards the compliance of judgment rendered by this court, the respondents have granted due and admissible benefits to the petitioner in terms of the judgment in CWPOA No. 6624 of 2019 titled Daulat Ram and others versus State of H.P. and others, which otherwise formed the basis of the judgment sought to be executed. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes 2 ( 2023:HHC:9703 ) 3. Once that be so, obviously, the instant petition can conveniently be disposed of as fully satisfied. Ordered accordingly. As regards the claim of the petitioner for grant of pension from an anterior date, he is at liberty to agitate the claim before the Competent Authority/ Competent Court of law. 4.
