Various grounds have been urged in order to state that the policy in so far as it permitted outsiders to occupy the cadre post is bad in law. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State have produced notification dated 23.05.2025, whereby the transfer policy effected earlier vide notification dated 25.07.2023 has been withdrawn. In that view of the matter, the challenge to the transfer policy dated 25.07.2023 loses its significance.
