Heard Sri Himadari Batra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Shikhar Tandon, Advocate, has put in appearance by filing his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.2, which is taken on record. 2. The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.243885 of 2023, (Surendra Kumar Arora Vs. Ashish Bhutani & Ors.) and order dated 02.07.2025 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad, whereby, bailable warrant has been issued against applicant pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad. 3. As per report of CJM concerned, no bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant and they have also not summoned under Sections 406, 506 I.P.C. in the above-noted case. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. In view of above, the application u/s 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed.
