He submits further, in two criminal cases his client was named as accused. In one he has been acquitted. In the other he has deposited fine. He seeks direction upon respondent no.2 for issuance of the certificate. 3. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyaya, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 4. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's application for issuance of character certificate. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application dated 4th June, 2025, to said respondent.
